It’s the big weigh in tomorrow. My first week. Will I have lost anything or has it all been for nothing? I have actually found it quite difficult to clock up 1400 calories on a healthy diet. No doubt I could consume that in one sitting at Pizza Hut! Mmmm, Pizza Hut.
Today for example, not only did I have a croissant for breakfast but I also had cheese for lunch and some crisps this evening and my total calorie intake was still only 1313 cals. The crisps were supposed to have been for tomorrow but I think if I’ve lost more than 2lb I might treat myself to another pack! I’m not expecting to lose more than that though, although it would be nice.
I’ll be back tomorrow with the results from the scales.
